We loved everything about this place. One thing is that the place is perfectly located in nature and in the quietest surroundings, the decor is characterized by being perfectly perfect. One feels at home from the first moment and Whitney and Chap went out of their way for this. Lovely people who really do their utmost to make sure you have an absolutely amazing experience as a guest. In addition, there's plenty to experience from surfing, snorkeling, great beaches, and city life not far away. We hope to come back someday. It's one of the best places we've experienced not only in Costa Rica but of all places. Book more than one night because you just don't want to go.

Absolutely Amazing!

We highly recommend staying at Mistica Natural if you are looking for a jungle escape while exploring Costa Rica! Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. They were very accommodating and quick to reply. It was like staying in a boutique hotel but more intimate and private. The property is immaculate and serene. You can tell this is their passion project and they care for their guests like they are family. A quick drive to the local beach, delicious food at the end of the road, howler monkeys in the trees on the property in the morning and a pool surrounded by palm trees. 10/10 would stay here again!Thank you again Whitney and Chapman for making our stay in Costa Rica one we will never forget! Mistica Natural is a beautiful place and we are lucky to have found it!

Had an incredible stay at this charming little lodge near Reserva Conchal Beach. The property consists of three cozy cabins, each with two spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the lovely décor to the well-maintained gardens. Our hosts were truly amazing, making us feel right at home and providing everything we needed, including fresh eggs and a French press for coffee.

The lodge also features a small pool and convenient parking. Its location is perfect—secluded yet just a short walk to the beautiful beach and also to the trials inside Reserva Conchal.The cabins were newly renovated, very clean, and equipped with air conditioning, making our stay extremely comfortable.

We highly recommend this lodge for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and warm hospitality.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay with Whitney and her family! The family made a really nice dream come true in the jungle.

You definitely needs a 4x4 SUV to get to Mistica Natural during rainy season.

Whitney surpasses any Airbnb host with all her delicacies and care for her guests! Our two children 2 and 4 also felt very comfortable and also enjoyed Whitney's hospitality and toys.

This property has 3 bungalows next to each other and is perfect for groups!

Our stay at Mística was excellent. Host Whitney was incredibly kind, always attentive and helpful, giving us very helpful recommendations on things to do and places to visit in the area. The location is ideal, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste, surrounded by lush nature. The facilities were exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos, everything was impeccably clean, with modern furniture and in perfect condition. A special detail was that we were left some basic foods, a gesture that is rarely seen in other accommodations and that we really appreciated. The place is very private, with three villas in front of two refreshing pools surrounded by greenery, which provides a relaxing and exclusive atmosphere. Overall, I was delighted with the experience and would definitely love to return with my family in the future.

From beautifully appointed bungalows to curated experiences like horseback riding in the scenic hills of Huacas, wellness offerings, and vibrant landscaping that reflects Costa Rica's natural beauty, every detail exudes care and authenticity.

This location offers an enchanting connection to nature. Fruit trees dot the garden, nature trails lead into the reserve, and the property is alive with the sights and sounds of howler monkeys, butterflies, and exotic birds. It’s a peaceful blend of old and new that invites relaxation.

Just minutes from the world-renowned Playa Conchal, with its shimmering white shell sand and turquoise waters, this property also offers access to some of the best beaches in the world.

Airbnb by itself simply means staying at someone else’s space - and that experience can vary widely. But Mistica Natural is special. These are beautifully appointed bungalows with eco inspired details and original art. Whitney gives attention to every detail of the bungalows - the kitchen is stocked with new, high quality items. Even the dish towels are new and soft. I found myself wanting to buy the lamp, the art, the hand towels - and thanks to Whitney’s suggestions about local artist spots, I did.

All of this doesn’t yet address Whitney and Chapman themselves, who devote so much care in providing a tailored experience while that never feels intrusive. Whitney is the kind of host who helps you have the experience you want to have - this is different from a host who provides a particular experience. She is helpful and attentive and the care she puts into this beautiful place makes it truly unique, relaxing, and peaceful.
